2nd ARTigliate CUSTOM CONTEST: Off-roaders go custom at Italian Bike Week 2026.
The second edition of the contest dedicated to custom bikes with knobby tires will take place at Italian Bike Week (September 17–20). All off-road style builds are eligible, ranging from Adventure and Scrambler models to Trackers and Classic Enduros.
While large-displacement adventure bikes have dominated sales charts for years, the popularity of these maxi-knobby-tired machines is rapidly accelerating among custom bike enthusiasts as well.
For this very reason, Italian Bike Week, an event that has always combined a passion for off-roading with a love for custom culture, is dedicating special attention to them, even in the realm of customization: thus, the ARTigliate CUSTOM CONTEST was born, dedicated to off-road style builds.
Eligible entries include not only Adventure bikes but also Scramblers, Trackers, and Classic Enduros. The event is set for Saturday, September 19, when the best Italian-built custom bikes with knobby tires will gather at the Luna Park Area on Viale Europa in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Udine).
Around twenty custom bikes—either derived from off-road models or modified with a "dirt" aesthetic—will be selected and displayed in a dedicated area. Participants in the "ARTigliate" event will also have the (optional) chance to stretch their knobby tires by riding on a dirt track spanning approximately 1 km, before gathering at the Italian Bike Week Main Stage.
There, at 5:00 PM, a panel of experts will select the top three bikes based on technical and aesthetic merit, awarding prizes made possible through partnerships with various sponsors from within the industry and beyond.
Participation in the 2nd ARTigliate Custom Contest is completely free; to enter the selection process and register, simply send images and technical specifications of your motorcycle to This email address is being protected from spambots.
